I am a guy, and tried the test by answering by what applies to me. I scored 3/10.
Now, not all guys are the same, and the answers aren't general for all. (Guess I just said what everybody already knows :S )
The answers I got right are: 1\2\10...
I see that Dr. Phil thinks all guys have the problem of power struggle, and the issue of the Father\Mother figures... Well, guess many do have such problems, but I think there is a good percentage who don't!!
Well, I guess it is true as much as “girls are moody and inconsistent” is ;)
The father/ Mother issue: I think the point is that we learn so much from our parents, the only marriage we can observe in details is our parent’s …
Personally my mom taught me so much on how to deal with my future husband, what is my role in the relationship, what are his needs and what I should never accept … but the most I learned I learned from watching …
Of course there is exceptions , especially when it comes to divorced parents or when a partner abuses the other , kids watch not only the way parents deal with each other but the “results” as well and based on that they judge and choose .

Exactly, to say that children imitate without judging is a falsehood.
